Guesthouse Realty, LLC, was formed in 2007 by David Mickow, Broker, and Bob Dillard. It was decided that this new venture would be the perfect fit as Bob had been successfully selling real estate from this area since 1978.

Bob Dillard, Realtor and a licensed West Virginia Contractor #WV002414, has been involved in the development of seven subdivisions in Hardy County and has built over several hundred cabins and homes throughout Hardy County with a focus on Lost River. The Lost River Valley Subdivision, where the Guesthouse Lost River is located, was the largest project with over 11 miles of roads and over two hundred properties! Our staff was instrumental in the development, building and sales for the Trout Pond Subdivision as well as the Warden Lake Subdivision.
